Manage a technical/innovative projects team ranging from data science to process engineering. Focus on process improvement.

Continual learning opportunities around new topics/areas of exploration as part of performing feasibility studies. It provides the opportunity to develop a breadth of knowledge across many domain areas.

Really enjoy the programme so far and it complements some of the new innovative data analytics platform technologies we're now implementing

Although early days there seems to be good structure and support for learners and the study is well coordinated and delivered virtually.

Good support, no issues providing the time to complete the programme so far.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Although early days, support has been responsive and suitable so far. My mentor is approachable and responds quickly to message requests.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It will help directly deliver my role and also helps inform me on the longer term strategy for people/talent development and the kinds of skills I need to foster in future technical organisations. It provides and appreciation of what other members of my team are experiencing during the apprenticeship

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There's always plenty of opportunities for additional activities via the various social networks, clubs etc at the company.
