For the most part it was fine. Challenging given it was new course to the training partner so little background knowledge available
Very little structure after the professional ICA qualification in the first year.
Mixed. On the whole the bank is supportive but in reality getting time during work to complete is unlikely
Again mixed. I've had 2 different talent coaches however the expert coach was very helpful with my project
This is difficult to quantify given I was already in a risk role. It broadened my view point and provided additional sources of research.

I've been here a while and over time I've seen a shift in putting staff experience more forward in it's agenda and the response to covid reinforced that.
Don't be afraid of sidewards steps. experience is more important when it comes to personal development over progression.
