Brilliant. All organized in advance;I know what are my timescales and if I can not meet them I can reschedule. The programme is very flexible.
I do get my hours to complete my learning and my line manager supports me with this learning too.
My trainer is very opned and flexible; available to contact all the time; we have set up Zoom meetings when no understanding or more explanation needed.
