As a warehouse worker, I am involved in operation processes, like picking, packing.
I improved and developed new skills as well. I have improved my teamwork, and communication and developed safety and project management.
I enjoyed the team projects, the assignments, and the brainstorming.
It was fully organised, easy to follow, and stay on track. The course management software / web surface is well-designed.
I have received the maximum support. They allocated me time to study.
Angela, my trainer was always helpful and responsive. She gave me a great support.
I can feel I know my role and it's backstage so well. I mean, I can think out of the box and behind the scenes.
There is a lot. Competitions, social events like Easter parties, photo contests, etc.
Yes
