On a day to day basis at DIGISEQ I work alongside my manager helping out with daily tasks. I help out creating posts and content for social media and I also schedule this content with the use of Hootsuite. I also do lots of research for upcoming events that we have.
Yes, definitely. With the help of the Juice Academy, I have learnt and developed many skills, including: Photoshop skills, editing images, creating new images etc. I have learnt new skills using Premier Pro, which I now have brought into the workplace and has been very helpful with some of our recent social media posts.
I really enjoy the Juice Academy. In the 4 months I have been there I have been made to feel very welcomed by the tutors, staff and have made so many new friends who are on the same journey as me. It is great to have the support from the tutors who have so much experience already in this field.
Very well organised. We always know what courses are coming up at the next sessions and with the use of 'BUD', my online tasks are made very simple to complete and submit. I feel like i can be on top of all of my coursework as well as the work that I do in the workplace.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. If I ever need help with anything he is happy to help with any questions that I may have and whether in the office or not will always be there to help a little. The Juice Academy also offer a lot of support, as well as Apprentify.
My Development Coach at Apprentify is very supportive. If I ever have any trouble or need help with an upcoming task she will always answer my email straight away offering help. I feel calm knowing that I have lots of support from Apprentify and The Juice Academy when I need it.
I definitely learn and develop the skills that I need in my job role through my training provider. Especially when using the more creative software's, like Photoshop, In Design and Premier Pro. And also learning different tones of voice when writing copy for different aspects of your job role.
Yes. There is always social events going on outside of work and The Juice Academy infact. There are some social networking events coming up with my work. And we are always offered opportunities through The Juice Academy to network with people who are in the same situations as us or who have previously attended the Academy.
Yes
The Juice Academy is a great place to learn and have fun. It gives you the experience you need to push you into the job role that you want. You meet some great people and a lot of the tutors have great experience in all aspects of creative design. I would 100% recommend!
Just be yourself. Stand out from the crowd. Be individual. Everyone I have met at The Juice Academy are completely different from one another and everyone stands out in their own way. Show your creativity in your own unique way and don't think your work 'isn't right' or 'bad'
