As a junior content producer I am in charge of overseeing everything relating to socials. Not only do I create content and copy for social pages but also our website too and I also brief and design our emails. I do this for quite a few brands. I also create realms
yes for sure. I am always learning new stuff, a big thing for me was copywriting I have never done this before. So I have learnt the whole process from the beginning. Also I have learn't how SEO Is super important for when writing copy because it helps with your ranking on google.
I love my job, everyone respects my opinion. It is nice sometimes I do forget I am an apprentice. I get to learn from loads of different department which helps me widen my skills set. I care about my job which is why I will always try and go the extra mile.
Very structured. I had zoom lessons every other week which was amazing for me because the guys are based in Manchester but I am actually from Essex. So virtual learning has been vital, I also have regular meetings with my learning coach and they respond quite quick if I have a query.
Both my manager are very supportive of my apprenticeship, I am the first one for the company. I put my out of office replies on when I am learning. We both understand the importance of this time. We also have catchups and I loop them in emails to notify them what I am up to when not in the office.
I have had loads of support, both apprentify and juice respond quite quickly. Also my classmates are really supportive of each other and we help eachother out as well. If I have had a problem within two days I would get a response or a meeting scheduled if it was needed.
I have definitely learn't loads. I used to run my own small print business in lockdown but I now understand Insights the use of hashtags ect. Also another big thing for me was google analytics and how to use the data you find. I created customer personas from this which I never even new about before.
Yes I am always volunteering to help, we work with a brand called USPA and they run loads of polo events throughout the summer I volunteered last year which gave me a great oppourtinty to get to know the customers I was creating emails for much better. I also helped with a Red Nose Day photo shoot at work.
Yes
Because I feel listened and respected, my ideas always get taken into consideration which is a really nice feeling. I get praised when I do something successful and my managers and team are extremely approachable. We all work really well together and this I think is important in having a successful team. It encourages more productivity.
go for it, you will get great experience and if you ask you can get time with people on different departments. I think we have a nice work culture, I am split between offices but I don't feel left out we all communicate as a team really well and go for drinks after work.
