Ensuring the business provides learning opportunities to everyone in the business, making it accessible for all. Sharing business and industry insight to Schools and Colleges.
The Finance module within my apprenticeship has taught me about financial ratios which has been extremely helpful in my role. I am able to understand business needs and define strategy. I am also becoming more self aware.
Extremely enjoyable, learning a lot although challenging at times but seeing a benefit from it is helping.
Well organised, some teething problems with a new system at the start but quickly resolved and ample opportunity to offer feedback. The structure is good and easy to follow.
My Line Manager and mentor are very supportive assisting with additional exposure where needed.
The Tutors are always accessible either phone or email, additional feedback is provided if asked for and a skills coach offers 1to1's on a quarterly basis and more frequently if needed. The skills coach in particular is a great support in bouncing ideas off and challenging thinking.
The qualification is providing me with the knowledge and tools to increase my output and the quality of it.
Social activities, running club, charity events.
