Ensure that rooms are clean and tidy. Ensure that public areas are safe. tidy and clean.
Become more confident and learnt new skills such a checking ready rooms, preparing housekeeping lists, doing monthy cleaning list, counting linen stock, become more confident speaking to guests .
Enjoy challenges during learning, more confident to use English language. Learnt more about hospitality industry.
