Managing a team of directs who manage telephony advisors supporting customers in financial difficulty.
People management skills, measuring trustworthiness, working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Not a lot. Would be better if it was more related to my role so I could apply the modules.
We get a timetable of meetings and file lectures and assignment due dates. The dates changevsometimes.
As and when I need it. Manager is supportive as he has also studied one of these courses so is understanding.
Not a lot of support. Feedback is not taken on board. Neurodiversity has to be officially diagnosed to get any adjustments.
