Every 3 months you would work in different departments. You would stow,pick,pack customer order. Also if your quality is good enough you would count the stock.(ICQA)
Unfortunately the training program and the reality is totally different. If you are already an Amazon associate then you won’t learn anything new.
Unfortunately I couldn’t finish the program. I asked my manager to change my shift pattern as I couldn’t live with the money I did earn…they said they can’t accommodate me,so I left.
No communication between babington and Amazon. People were super confused

Be strong and don’t just give up! Give some more time to yourself and you will see Amazon is a good place to work!
