It is really good, the fist module was great and had given me a lot of information on working with others, supporting myself as well as my team. The second module I just started and the first session was amazing, had a good time and learned a lot in one day.
Well structured, we are explained in advance what the next steps are and what is expected of us. The team is very supportive and offer to advise where and when needed.
She is flexible with my study days, offered me the opportunity to shadow and offers advice and guidance when I needed.
We have a good support through Moodle, emails and people available to answer any questions you need. My skill coach is very responsive and she supportive as well.
I have gained knowledge on how to better support my team and develop new relationships.
There are opportunities available however, I have not joined any due to family situation.
