Supporting the business with the end to end recruitment process including advert writing, telephone interviews, shortlisting, proactive sourcing, supporting the selection process and finally through to offering and declining candidates.
Since being with CEVA I have hugely developed my skillset and progressed within my career.
I enjoy the content of my program however as a whole the work that comes with the apprenticeship (the OJT and logging all hours) is very laborious and has hindered my progress
I've found my training provider has no structure to the program, i would not choose to use Babington again
My employer fully supports my apprenticeship
We have 6 weekly check ins to discuss progress, other than that most support is through ICS as they mark the work i submit.
My qualification has helped me to understand all areas of HR, how they overlap and intertwine with each other and has put me in a good place to continue my career in HR.
Not that I am aware of, however networking is part of your role as a recruiter so this is something we do off our own backs
Yes
They are extremely people focused, are driving to achieving success and provide endless opportunities to learn, develop and progress. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Make sure your values align with the companies, if they don't then it may not be the right business for you!
