    • Learning new skills around change cycles, equality. Developing existing skills around time management, communication, learning.

    • I thoroughly enjoy my programme, its tough but that's to be expected, a lot of new learning and developing.

    • I've marked this as 5 due to content of previous models lacking engagement and fulfillment. however the current module I am on is amazing and the tutors are fantastic, supportive and engaging.

    • Manage my own time, my employer allows me the time to complete my studies as per requirement. All about self management.

    • as with question 5 varies, had some poor experience to start however it has completely changed and currently it is amazing.

    • I'm hoping to get this qualification and get a new role within the organisation.
