Supporting the operation to ensure pay, invoices, local level HR is all given. Being the communication between site and central head office.
Learning new skills around change cycles, equality. Developing existing skills around time management, communication, learning.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme, its tough but that's to be expected, a lot of new learning and developing.
I've marked this as 5 due to content of previous models lacking engagement and fulfillment. however the current module I am on is amazing and the tutors are fantastic, supportive and engaging.
Manage my own time, my employer allows me the time to complete my studies as per requirement. All about self management.
as with question 5 varies, had some poor experience to start however it has completely changed and currently it is amazing.
I'm hoping to get this qualification and get a new role within the organisation.
