I rotate throughout departments, spending a few weeks in each one, learning all departments and how the operations work.
I have learnt a lot of new skills whilst at this apprenticeship like how to liaise with staff.
I enjoy the programme to a good extent.
It is very well organised with a good apprentice culture
Work support me a lot in my development, both academically and in a work place environment.
MMU are very helpful and if I need any help they are there.
I feel as though a lot of things don't apply to a work place enviornment.
