selling products, coaching the team, dealing with customer queries, learning new skills, improving customer experience, challenging working environments and methods, pushing for sales, supporting the store
im still in the very early stages of the apprenticeship so not currently, but i am excited to see what it will bring!
its been very enjoyable so far! its given me something to focus on
good! i have been kept informed and have had good contact
reasonable. its hard to balance the apprenticeship workload with the business of the store though and sometimes i feel like the apprenticeship isnt taken seriously
again its really early days so this is hard to judge
i think it will give me new skills to improve myself and my leadership style which will benefit the entire team
not currently, but this is something we are working on! my new senior role and management skills will aid to this opportunity
