I am here to sell vehicles and manage accounts. I sell to corporate customers along with brokers, SMEs and contract hire customers. I have customer meetings and have targets to hit which I rarely miss. A lot of my work is done via e-mail but the phone rings a lot too.
Yes I have learned to be more confident when speaking to customers and I am now more knowledgable. I have learned how to manage workflow and am in the process of learning how to do this better with the apprentice scheme I have been put on and am enjoying it.
I really enjoy my programme though I am extremely busy in my role at Motus Commercials. With it being virtual it's easy to finish the lesson and carry on with the day to day. My tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is very good at what he does and is very approachable.
It is well structured and organised but as mentioned I am finding time to complete the work an issue and am having to do everything in my own time at weekends. Sometimes we get stuck on points I don't think are too relevant when we could be moving on.

I will be honest and will say as I work from home I have not managed to put too much into practice but the time management module was especially poignant for me as it's something I need to work on. I need to pass on work I should not be doing.
Yes - We go to corporate events quite often and CV shows.
