On a daily basis I will be dealing with finance queries, reconciliations, setting up suppliers on our payment systems, processing invoices, gathering data, processing expense claims, chasing outstanding invoices and processing payment runs.
Since working at Warner Media I have developed analytical and written communication skills. I have also been able to develop my team working, IT skills and my attention to detail.
I am really enjoying my programme. I have been made to feel as a part of a team and have been able to learn all aspects of my accountancy programme and have been able to put them into practice at work.
My programme has been very well structured. I have learnt new skills and tasks as I have gone along and have been able to develop each of my skills by having regular training sessions We have weekly team meetings which have helped support my progress.
I receive support from both my manager and the Early Careers team. My manager ensures we have weekly meetings to catch up on how I am doing and progressing. The Early Careers team are always organising events and monthly meetings which give us guidance on future careers.
My training provider has been brilliant. I have monthly meetings with my skills coach which assists me in completing my portfolio. I also have classes with my tutor and am able to have 1-1 sessions if I am struggling with a certain topic.
What I learn at college I am able to apply to my work I do in my role. I am able to see everything so far which I have learnt be put into practice. This has made me understand the industry more and develop my college knowledge.
We have monthly social events for all interns and apprentices which we are able to go to. There are also screenings of new movies which we can go and watch after work before the films are released at the cinemas.

They have been a brilliant company to work for. There is always support when you need it and it has been so fun working in such a large diverse company. I have loved meeting new people and being able to network through the company.
Be honest and just speak about yourself. Tell them all about your previous experience and skillset which links you to the job role and why you feel you would be the perfect fit. The assessment/interview day is an opportunity to get to know the company.
