    • Help when asked for a few times but once help quite a bit

    • Sometimes to much but other times nothing.

    • Nvq side Non they didn't know anything about what they was doing. A license a lot as it helped me understand what I was doing and why.

    • Helped with new apprentice and went and done baggage handling to help the company.

    • Not structured and unplanned, there needs to be a set structure.

    • Be prepared to move around and keep on top of everything
