My role is Innovation Engineer for Wayfair WDN, I focus on enhancing the end to end process and product handling. Finding innovative solutions to reduce damages and touch points to increase efficiency rates via MHE advancements and new technology.
I developed on my critical thinking skills, people skills and interpersonal skills greatly. Picked up on presentation skills and being in tough & challenging situations. I have developed and advanced a lot since I have joined wayfair and started this apprenticeship course.
I enjoy it a lot, it's because I learn a lot and I see a direct impact on my working environment. The skills I learn in the class room I am able to deploy in certain situations in tasks and objectives so it is clear how beneficial the programme it is.
The programmed is very well structured and organized, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], my tutor, is very well informative and fun when presenting the lessons whilst always proactively providing feedback wen necessary. Making the units and information at hand enjoyable and easy to absorb.
My employer allows me the time and resources needed for the programme.
100% support.
As said before qualification has direct impact in my role and I already see the benefits.
