Looking after a team of 30 staff with multiple warehouse based tasks
Lots of new skills & techniques including time management, decision making & team building
The programme is very enjoyable with a good instructor.
The organisation is particularly good, i work from home for a lot of the sessions
I receive a lot of support although i could do with more time off the job to complete the assignments.
My training provider has done nothing but support me.
I am using new skills all the time.
There are many extra curricular activities at Wayfair.
Yes
They are a decent company with plenty of scope for development, the pay structure isn't the best around but the working conditions are favourable.
Be yourself, be prepared to work hard & you will be rewarded.
