Answering the calls, triaging issues from engineers doing on the day installs, case managing, communication with ISP's, keeping customers informed.

I know on a day to day what my role entails and what is expected from me on a daily basis
I receive great support, I am given the equivalent of a day a week with as much help and support as necessary from my management, the company as a whole are great to be employed by and support their employees fantastically.
I think it gives me a further understanding of what is going on, and I am able to take away techniques and information to help when dealing with customers
The company are fantastic for holding conferences with networking opportunities afterwards, getting meet the people who we deal with on a daily basis is really helpful.
