I love the programme as i feel part of a community and have full support from my line manager peers and team. Computacenter value you as a person and will develop you as much as you want.
The training provider side of things is ok, i am given a learning mentor and they help. However from the company i am able to get so much support from my team, line manager and other neworks
So much, they want you to thrive and grow and allow you to develop at your pace.
