A great programme and would seriously recommend for anyone considering banking as a career.
Very well structured, we have a year in each role and also good split between the aprenticeship and the job role with 20% out of role.
A lot of support in the form of regular check ins with management.
Good support, regular check ins every 6 weeks.
Not all directly applicable in role however all of the qualification helps.
