Providing customer service. Tidying the store. Following safe and legal processes. And handling money.
I learned more about the food side of the business after only having worked on the clothing side. I imported my confidence and grew my initiative.

Very organized. The modules flow very well. My learning adviser was very helpful too with regular check ins
My manager was very supportive. She helped me to move around the store speaking with different colleagues to understand the business as a whole
