  • I learned more about the food side of the business after only having worked on the clothing side. I imported my confidence and grew my initiative.

  • Very organized. The modules flow very well. My learning adviser was very helpful too with regular check ins

  • My manager was very supportive. She helped me to move around the store speaking with different colleagues to understand the business as a whole

  • I had maths and English support from babington for my functional skills

  • I provide much better service. I think it will help me to progress through the business working up to management. It sets me apart from my colleagues
