Learnt lots of new skills around coaching theory, and how to implement this with my team to support them to help their customers more effectively
I really enjoy the programme and the skills it is giving me
I think it is really well organised and structured I like the way the learning is set monthly, as this ensures I complete the learning timely opposed to leaving it all to the last minute
I receive ample support from my employer but could be more structured
I have 6 weekly meetings and if I am stuck I can email for further support throughout
I think it is helping me to become a better coach and leader which in my role is really important
