I personally dont like it all being done online i dislike having to talk to people over computer screens and then having to spend all my time looking at website and going through them.
Found it very unrealistic and just didn't seem to gel well with the amount required from work.
Not sure what support they are ment to give as they are also in the same boat as having to invest most of there time into work and then having to give-up there own free time to support me
