Sage Is an excellent place to work, we are given more than adequate time to complete all apprenticeship work and it balances well with learning the role itself and there is plenty of room for progression here at Sage
I have developed my communication and team working skills since joining Sage and am always improving as an employee here so that I can continue to grow and progress up the ladder
The culture here at Sage is brilliant it is fantastic to be a part of and makes it so much easier to work in a team.
Sage is structured exceptionally well during our induction we were able to have a talk from our CEO to set out expectations.
We get plenty of support here the coaching is intensive at the beginning then starts to get less as you get better at the role but always have your manager there for support if needed
My training provider was always there for a question whether this be on our college day or even when I just had my 2 hours to complete work each week and we also have monthly catch up meetings to discuss work
What I have learnt during the apprenticeship makes the job role a lot easier and I am able to adapt my approach to meet the needs of the customers because of the apprenticeship
Yes we have lots of opportunities to get involved whether that be charity fund raisers and work parties etc. for our department
Yes
It is a great place to work with plenty of opportunity for progression
Make sure to always work the hardest you possibly can because even if you are not gifted with picking things up right away there is always support on hand
