Day to day we will check for nonconforming products, look for any potential improvements and focus on ensuring that the manufacturing process meet the technical specifications.
The main skills I have learned are communication skills, computing skills and the ability to analyse data to understand any trends within a process.
I really enjoy the program I am on and everyday is something new and exciting and I feel like I am constantly learning.
The program is relatively well structured however there is room for improvement to help align the educational tide of the apprenticeship to the practical side
