I am part of a team who check the policy documentation on behalf of the client and reduce any errors & omisions.
I have learnt multiple skills including IT, professionalism, confidence, decision making, etc.
I receive so much support from my team, they all help make my experience exciting with different obstackles every day to tackle.
It was a little difficult to understand at first since it was all so new, but soon enough the programme all made sense and every week i felt a step closer to completing it.
Marsh gives us our 7 hours per week to complete our studies, in this time we are welcome to booking a private room so we don't get disturbed. I jhvae also received some help and advice from previous apprentices in the office.
I have monthly meetings with my training provider including quarterly reviews. I have been registered onto workshops for the qualification completion including a very helpful online platform.
Learning about IT skills, testing my own knowledge and reflecting on what i have learnt and how to go the extra mile in order to become regognised in the insurance industry.
Marsh offer plenty of events, voluntary opportunities, events to help the local community, etc. I would there to be more sports clubs.
