In my role we maintain the network this includes climbing poles as well as constructing new lines and erecting poles, the jointing section of the job involves working in holes to fix broken cables or make new connections.
I would say since starting the job my skill set has increased greatly as well i have developed my existing ones.
I enjoy apprenticeship a lot and look forward to what the future may hold
