Deductions and price claims. I review invoices sent by customers on promotions and investigate whether they are valid or not. I also review a spend file to help support the sales team and check if they're over or under budget for the month.
I've developed my confidence massively in this role and have learnt new excel skills, and how to use different transactions on SAP.
I really enjoy my program as I've had a chance to work in the operations decision support team which is very technical and I'm now working in sales finance which has given me a broad understanding of finance within a company.
Very well structured - Nestle support your goals so I made the choice to stay in my previous role for a longer period of time to develop more understanding. Due to Covid - they also extended my time to complete my exams for my apprenticeship.
Very supportive - nestle allow you to decide what area of the business suits you best and offer lots of different opportunities.
Due to covid - the majority of my training has been online but i have had a good experience as my talent coach is very supportive and there are a lot of online resources and hard copies of the materials get sent out.
I've been involved with a lot of networking and social events, mental health first aid and the eradication racism network.
Yes
