To learn for my insurance exams, do apprenticeship work and day to day work by wathcing colleagues and understand what they do. Read policies, email clients and Underwriters

It is a good job, wiht great perks and good career path

Good structure, work balance between work, revision and apprenticeship work

My line manager and team are supportive to me

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Recieve a lot of help, they offer workshops which are day sessions that go through insurance exams. They also offer extra help with the use of the insurance exam provider via their website (Revision mate)

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The exams that I take are to do with the London Market which is good for my role and team ratehr than the general insurance qualifications that others do

Indeed there is an email chain from Marsh that have social events to attend, I have not attended one yet

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marsh McLennan?

Do not hesitate to apply, trust your abilities. I worried a lot about it all and remember that you are new to the industry and subject matter unless you have a background in insurance. Marsh is a good company to work for. It is a friendly and professional environment
