Yes i have improved my - Technical knowledge, problem solving, Organisation, communication and Coaching/training.
I really enjoy my program, the course fits perfectly with my work and everyday is interesting and something new. The job encourages my to push boundaries and constantly develop new skills.
the course is very well organised with plenty of information and support from the beginning. I have regular meetings with my mentor and there is may opportunities available if i am interested.
I feel well supported at Nestle by my mentor, manager and the wider team. It is very easy to access support if needed.
Plenty of support is provided from my training provider, with regular reviews, and I feel if I needed it there would be extra support available.
The Qualification supports my job role perfectly and I can clearly link my studies with my workplace.
