Manage Customer Services, Finished Goods, Waste and Change Management Teams
I have developed greater understanding of some key areas of the business
Some really good Tutors. Premier Foods though have been incredible.
Well structured. Organisation from the university requires some focus.
Full support, I cannot praise the support enough.
On occasions this has been superb. However it takes a long term to get responses and feedback from the university. Clarity can be difficult.
I think the work that the course entails and the exposure to other elements of the business is really beneficial to help understanding.
N/A currently due to Covid, however as we ease out of lockdown we are working towards more external engagement activities.
Yes
Premier Foods is an incredible business to work for. They have fully supported my course. Everyone is always willing to give up time or get me involved in anything they are working on if they think it will help my studies. The business has strong values and inclusion, with a wealth of diversity and support. For me Premier Foods is one of the best employers in the UK.
Be your natural self. Be willing to be part of a large team and colleagues who will work with you to support you. Ask if you need anything, there is always someone there to answer any questions. Embrace the values.
