I check expenses employees submit to ensure they are within the policy. I also reconcile the Corporate Card expenditure.
I have developed new Excel skills whilst reconciling and auditing.
I don't enjoy the programme. The coursework is set for you and off you go essentially.
The programme is poorly structed. The tutor is inept and incompetent . As stated above the coursework is set and you are left to complete the work until the next visit.
I don't receive any support towards my apprenticeship from my employer. The organisation as a whole is reliant on the training provider to support myself.
I receive support from the training provider on the visit day. I don't receive any check in throughout before the check in. If I was in need of support and emailed, I would receive an inadequate response.
The qualification through the training provider doesn't help me perform better in my role. This is a qualification I am having to achieve for progression within my career.
No there are no extra activities to get involved in at work. Premier Foods doesn't provide these services. If they do they aren't widely made public.
No
This would depend on the department. Premier Foods is a vast company, to which there will be parts of the business to which will be a vastly different working environment. In particular I wouldn't recommend PFE at Premier Foods. Certain managers are seeming to want to please everyone.
I would give the advice to ensure you are assertive and don't back down. I would also advise you to keep an open mind of people and to ensure you watch their personalities closely.
