  • 2. What training and skills development did you learn from your work experience?
  • The main skill I was able to improve upon during my time so far has been my team working skills, as particularly in the Access development week it proved hard at times to effectively communicate as a team to complete a task and delegate roles evenly. I also improved my presentation skills and my ability to present my ideas concisely.
