Excellent course and highly recommended for people who wish to progress into senior management role within their trust or organisation.
Yes, learn about how to develop myself `and others. How to design and implement strategy with an organisation by using tools like the whittington strategy cross.
I have enjoyed every workshops I have attended and I find them really useful.
The structure is nicely designed and it gives me the opportunity to learn and also implement what I have learned as a manager.
Although; it could be challenging to the get the 20% off-the-time but you just need constant to your line manager as they gave you their approval to enrol for the course.
Manchester met university is very supportive; you are provided a skills coach who guides and check on your wellbeing.
