My role is to operate and manage 3 hotels. Leading the team to deliver a fantastic guest experience I like with company standards.
I’ve been able to connect my years of experience into actually models and theory and have a better understanding of why they work.
It really great hearing other people’s experiences and linking to my role.
It’s brilliant, each module is set up showing what you will learn and when each session is.
They are good, we talk about it often and it’s part of my review process.
Really good, plenty of coaching to do the work and examples of what to do and try is struggling.
It links perfectly, I’ve really got better in role because of it.
Not as such but I have and do create real friendships with some of my peers.
