My role is to support the continuous improvement of quality within the business through the coaching of training and development officers and performance managers. Through the analysis of data trends we can identify key areas of improvement and work together to put in place interventions and new ways of working to support quality improvement
I have learnt both new skills and also developed existing skills. I have learned to be more confident when communicating to others. I have also learned about managing projects, about key stakeholders, about budget management and also more about different technology we use. I still have some learning to do but so far I think my confidence has started to improve
I enjoy my programme. It's great being able to interact with others who are completing the same apprenticeship so that we can share our knowledge and ideas. I am learning a lot about different things that help me at work and also it has helped my confidence to grow.
I think that the programme has been structured well and organised quite well. Sometimes there can be a little bit of confusion when sessions or trainers change but this is understandable. I like the group webinars as well as the 121's but I do think some face to face would be good instead of all on online.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. They always allow me to have my 20% off the job time to attend my teaching sessions but also complete my work. They understand the programme so understand how to help me in my role and expose me to the elements I need.
I receive really good support from my training provider. My training and development officer is really approachable so I know that I can speak to them if I have any issues or concerns. I have regular review meetings with tdo and employer so always know what I have to do
I think that is has helped me perform better in my role as it has given me the confidence I think I lost due to covid. It has also helped me to understand how I can best support the different functions within the business and also helped me to apply my skills and knowledge
We don't have any sports teams or anything like that but we do get team meetings where our lunch is paid for us. We also have virtual coffee break chats and wellbeing support as well as recently having some training and networking events. We also get a Christmas party

They are a great place to work. They support both your personal and professional development and really seen to care about their employees. We have received awards for apprenticeship provider of the year, great place to work and also for wellbeing. I feel supported at work and hope I stay here for a long time
We have a great range of roles and apprenticeships within the business. If you have a willingness to learn, a flexible approach and good attitude then Realise is a great place to work
