  • I work in Customer Service via email or in person and administration for Ticketing. Day to day i deal with logical configurations and setting up home and away games making an easy experience for supporters to buy tickets digitally.

  • I learn new things every single day. I have a great team who continue to support me everyday.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Firstly i love the organisation and I love my job. I have a passion for football and i love the football club. I also enjoy and relish the challenge of taking on responsibilities of creating and setting up games.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised. It's The connection between the chief executive and all members of staff is structured very well. Everyone at the club know their responsibilities and the football club is ran really well.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive fantastic support every single day. I feel as though that I am very well looked after and I have all the tools, equipment and resources that i possibly need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

She has a heart of gold and has a great personality that links well to her job. She speaks and communicates with me really well and is so supportive.   • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me massively. I feel i have progressed really well as the qualification has gone on. It helps me mature as a person and as an employee. I feel like perform better in my role and i am proud with what i ahve achieved in the last 18 months.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes i think AFC Bournemouth are very good at organising get together activities. Sometimes departments and sometimes, the whole club. In our department, we have had a couple of meals that was pair for from the club. And at the end of the year, we have a Christmas party alongside and end of season party.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • We are a unique and family football club welcoming to everybody. We try to implement everyone together and we run many campaigns to improve our equality, diversity and inclusion. It's a football club that so many people are passionate about and we aim to make the sport football a better name for itself.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust?
  • Be yourself, show your true enthusiasm and passion. Make the most of every opportunity you get with the club because the football club will take you a long way. Make a connection with the fans because that's where you will gain the most love and respect.
