Invovled deeply as a member of a team within the operations branch. Do the same tasks as the full time employee team members.
Yes - general workplace soft skills and also speaking skills by leading calls/presentations
It's a very good environment and everyone is very friendly. Couldn't have been run much better
Very well organised from the start of the hiring process to transitioning to a team
As much as i need if required i can reach out to anyone.
Calls every 4-8 weeks roughly and can always email if stuck or need some more help.
It provides some basic soft skills that are transferable to all work place environments so is useful in that sense but not specifically to my role
Yes - there are many teams/groups you can join which meet up regularly

Really good work environment and good overall benefit package which is key
Make sure you are prepared for all the video recorded and live interviews as there was a lot in the hiring process
