My role mainly revolves around assisting. My tasks were originally my site manager or project manager but were not a priority, so the tasks were passed to me.
I would say the role more or less refreshed my memory of my existing skills since I was unable to use them as often before I began my current role. It is helping me in terms of communication confidence-wise and just in the overall experience.
Those that I interact with and my trainer have been very supportive and have given a lot of positive reinforcement when it comes to reviewing my work. As someone that wasn't studious until later in life the support makes me look forward to a future in my current role.
I'm learning new documents much later in my apprenticeship, but the amount of time I have to organise my assignments and do my site tasks are extremely balanced and I never find myself overwhelmed by balancing.
100% They take their time to explain and we have discussions incase we are all or both unclear.

We have volunteer days which can be either in central or out of central London. It ranges from decoration to interacting with the younger generation of our experiences.
Yes
My friend has similar work experience and I believe she would also enjoy the environment while getting a qualification and moving up in life.
make sure you look up the company's goal and if it's something you are genuinely interested in. I never thought I would do an apprenticeship in construction, especially since it is male-dominated but they have been extremely welcoming here.
