Developing software (using Microsoft technologies) for a client.
Computer programming as I had no experience of this previously.
It is very enjoyable, it allows me to learn and gain valuable experience
I feel very valued as the work I am doing is for real projects and I am personally responsible for certain areas.
The initial on boarding stage was very well structure, there were several times during training and when we joined the business which could have been better planned.
