    • Lead the data design of a large business transformation programme. Work with Shared Services, Service Integrator and external partners to manage the delivery of specific projects.

    • Just started my L7 Masters programme and already enjoy learning Python.

    • Its an enriching experience to be learning again after a gap of almost 15 years since I completed my last Masters degree.

    • Its well structured and takes a balanced approach for On-Job and Off the Job learning.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Cant ask for more, AZ has been fantastic in supporting us in every possible way. Great support received from Manager and Manager+1.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Had some initial hiccups at the start but these were sorted out quickly. Program is well supported with regular touch-points and access to resources and a great learning platform.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The learning from the course have helped me broaden my viewpoint in using cutting edge technologies to solve complex data problems. I am already applying some of the learning from my program to effectively design new analytical solutions.

    • Lots of extra curricular activities including volunteering, fitness and sports.
