I complete regular training within the company with internal training courses. I have started a Business Admin apprentice to further develop my skills.
I am really enjoying the programe it fits in well with my workload, i can easily log in and take time out to complete my modules.
My programme is very well structured it is split into monthly sections and i try and complete them as i go. I take time out of work with is highly supported by my manager to complete what i can everyday.
I receive so much support, i am able to take time out of my day to complete any work or revision. I update my manager regularly with how i am getting on. My mentor is great so easy to contact if ever i am struggling.
I have a meeting with my tutor every month but if i need any help they are either a message or a phone call away. I enjoy my meetings with my tutor sometimes its easier to understand things.
I am in the early stages of the apprenticeship but i know it will help with my confidence and understand my role more and will open doors in the future.
