  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Very much - you get one day a week to study which is a great way to be undistracted and relate your day to day job with what you are studying. It also helps to be able to speak to colleagues with any questions you might have. It feels more supportive.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The culture. I've never worked anywhere where everyone you come across actively wants you to succeed and offer help - even if you don't directly work with them.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
  • Let your personality come through when applying or interviewing. They look to employ people who will fit in and be themselves, as well as work hard.
