Developed better communication skills and have learned a lot more about the business and role that i am doing.
Its very challenging to balance workload and apprenticeship work at the same time, however i am enjoying it and hope to progress further.
Very well structured and informative although everything is run to a tight schedule..
Lots of support from my line manager and other colleagues who are always willing to help and teach me a thing or two.
Plenty of support and always on hand to help ASAP.
It certainly helps to understand the role more and in turn helps with performance but it does not help as much as i would've hoped.
Lots of extra curricular activities to get involved in such as volunteer days and charity events.
