Overall, I enjoy being an apprenticeship and learning on the job. There is some difficulty with the University of the West London and delivering the programme, not realising we are apprentices.
Very well organised, with good support. Have dedicated people to support apprentices.
A lot of support from employers, manager is very supporting of off the job, support is easily accessible and mentor is always available.
Tutor does not often get in contact/does not seem to want to solve problems.
I feel the skills I have learnt have enabled me to progress in my role and abled me to bring skills to the team.
