I speak to customers via phone calls, emails, web chat and provide an excellent service to our customers about their mortgages and queries.
my technical skills and communication skills have developed a lot as i am using more systems and are able to speak to more colleagues, therefore i am becoming more confident.
Without this programme, i wouldnt like this job as much as it has given me extra work to complete individually and being able to learn new knowledge and skills daily as well as being in my daily role.
My programme is very organised and structured as i am having monthly catch ups with my trainer and everything is always in order and i am aware of what is expected of me.
I always receive support from my employer regards to my apprenticeship work and we arrange meetings to discuss anything about it so i can proceed further etc.
I cannot fault them, my training provider always help with very good support whenever i need it regarding my work and working towards my qualifications. making meetings, answering queries and responding to emails and phone calls.
If it wasnt for this programme i wouldnt perform as well as i would have in my role as i wouldve without it- it has helped me a lot.
we have a platform where we can volunteer and help out in such as sponsored walks etc, join an exercise class etc, very together and friendly and welcoming committee.
Yes
It is a very welcoming and supportive business to work for and it is the best place I worked at it yet- would recommend to anyone.
Be firm and confident within yourself but also be yourself, happy and pleased to apply for it, very welcoming place to work for definite!
