As a receptionist my duties are to greet guest , check them in , review theor feed back and change curtains things accordingly, if I see a regular will make sure to put them in room they prefer , make sure the rooms are done accordingly.
Both , I always learn new things and improve day to day , specially with how to tackle a problem .

It's very well structured , as it's mostly self learning and 1 to 1 sessions, the units are easy to understand.
